PANO is the first supplier of
PVC-free glass jar seals. The story of PANO is inextricably
linked with a man on 1 October 1920 in the establishment of an
electrical installation business in Brunsbüttelkoog (now Brunsbüttel)
laid the foundation stone for the company presented Paul Nofer.
From the original business idea is
developed further fields of activity. The decisive step came in 1932:
the production of metal drums, which needed some closure. It was the
plight of invention. Valuable, untapped material fell on a day when
the charging hole punching of sheet metal drums: black plate waste.
The idea of making out of these round
pieces of sheet metal Einkochdeckel was close. Finally, there was
hardly a housewife who does not regularly boiling down fruit and
vegetables from the garden.
The PANO BLUESEAL® closures can be
processed in the known sealing process with steam vacuum sealing, the
sealing performance (safety, NN-distance, and opening Aufdrehwerte
forces) is comparable with that of standard closures with PVC seals.
